The project is a score board for the annual Pi5NY tournament. It’s only used once a year but it’s mission critical and deals with a very fast-paced environment with literally hundreds of screaming kids running around. The system had to be fast, accurate and easy-to-use and Agnes did a great job.
We had a Filemaker Pro database on a Mac G4 that was approximately 15 years old and it crashed. We took it to the Apple store and they were unable to help us due to the system being too old. We contacted numerous “computer experts” that were unable to assist us, and finally someone recommended that we call Agnes Riley. Although the database (which was essentially the lifeline of our business) was not easily recoverable, Agnes did not give up and was able to recover our files after many attempts and hour of persistence Not only did she recover our files, she guided us through the recovery, updated us to present and prepared us so that will never happen again. I needed to put up a business website for my architecture firm with short notice, in a couple of weeks. Zeroblue was able to meet that deadline, and was able to work with me to create a look that is warm, visually catchy, and yet clear and professional, designing a nice logo and using the few images that we supplied to create a site that feels larger and fuller than it is.
