All plans are billed monthly upfront and they are non-refundable.

We perform regular backups. You can request a restore from backup. We do our best to restore the data from the last available backup as soon as possible. ZeroBlue is not responsible for the content of client files.

Unpaid accounts will be terminated 10 days after non-payment.

We reserve the right to cancel plans if the terms of service are violated.
